Makita XML11Z 36V LXT 21 Self-Propelled Lawn Mower

Makita is introducing the 36V (18V X2) LXT® 21” Self-Propelled Lawn Mower (XML11Z, tool only) as part of its expanding line of cordless outdoor power equipment. This mower offers a solution for efficient grass cutting with zero emissions, reduced maintenance, and lower noise levels. The powerful motor can reach up to 3,000 RPM for quicker cutting, and when paired with four LXT 5.0Ah Batteries (sold separately), it can run for up to 40 minutes. Additionally, the grass catcher bag can hold up to 2 bushels of grass.

Featuring an ergonomic plastic deck, this mower reduces push force and is easy to transport. The self-propelled technology with rear-wheel drive offers improved traction and performance on incline slopes and uneven terrain. This mower is equipped with convenient features such as folding handles, quick height adjustments, and mulching capability. It also has a 3-in-1 design for mulching, bagging, or side discharge.

The Makita® Extreme Protection Technology (XPT™) in the lawn mower provides a protective seal inside the tool to enhance operation in harsh conditions by redirecting water and dust from key internal components. The mower is weather-resistant and durable with an IPX4 rating. It is compatible with Makita’s 18V LXT System, powered by 18V lithium-ion slide-style batteries. These batteries have fast charge times and utilize Star Protection Computer Controls™ for improved tool performance and extended battery life.

The tool can also be powered by Makita 18V LXT Lithium-Ion Batteries with the star symbol indicating Star Protection inside. This mower eliminates the need for gas, emissions, oil mixing, or pull starts, while offering reduced maintenance and low noise levels.
